Singing on the frontlines: Free Aleppo

Abandoned and forgotten by the entire world, fighters on the ‘Handarat’ front in Aleppo, a potentially fateful front in the war against the Syrian regime which is attempting to besiege the liberated areas of the city, resort to signing on the frontlines as they make their stand..“For your eyes Halab (Aleppo), we devote our lives.. We grasp each other’s hands, and heal the hurt. Oh Halabi (Aleppan) we call you, let Halab rest.. This is for you Halab, we declared fight. Either victory or martyrdom, martyrdom and rest. Come on youth of Halab, to struggle we go. I won’t leave you Halab, your love is carved inside my blood.”
